  • storefront_digest : A unique, indefinite token. If the store has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.

  • “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you navigate the Site.

Return and Refund Policy

Changes:

We offer size exchanges, provided the product is unworn, in its original packaging, and you contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving the package. Shipping costs for the exchange are the customer's responsibility.

Returns:

According to European Union regulations, customers have the right to return a product within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without needing to justify the reason, and receive a full refund. To do so, the product must be unused, in perfect condition, and retain its original packaging. If this applies to you, please contact us. Once we receive your package and verify that everything is in perfect condition, we will refund your order. The cost of the returned package is the customer's responsibility.

Defective products:

Although we conduct a thorough quality check before shipping any order, errors may occur. If your order arrived defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving it so we can review your case and offer you a solution as quickly as possible.
