Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order arrive?

The delivery timeframe for your order will depend on the destination and type of package chosen and will always appear on the payment screen.

- Standard shipping Spain (Peninsula): You will receive your order between 3 and 6 business days.

- Express shipping Spain (Peninsula): You will receive your order between 2 and 5 business days.

- For the rest of Spain, Europe and the rest of the world , please check the payment screen.

Shipping times may be increased during promotions.


Please keep an eye on the tracking number. Delivery is made to your home address and is considered priority. However, if the recipient has a designated collection point for their packages, they must collect it within the specified timeframe. If they fail to collect it within the specified timeframe, the package will be returned to our workshop, and the recipient will be responsible for paying the shipping costs again.

I have doubts about the sizes

Having doubts about the size is very normal, don't worry!

We've created the "size guide" section in the main menu specifically to try and answer all your questions. But if, after looking through all the information, you still don't know which size you're looking for, please contact us; we're here to help :)

Do you accept exchanges or returns?

Changes:

We offer size exchanges, provided the product is unworn, in its original packaging, and you contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving the package. Shipping costs for the exchange are the customer's responsibility.

Returns:

According to European Union regulations, customers have the right to return a product within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without needing to justify the reason, and receive a full refund. To do so, the product must be unused, in perfect condition, and retain its original packaging. If this applies to you, please contact us. Once we receive your package and verify that everything is in perfect condition, we will refund your order. The cost of the returned package is the customer's responsibility.

Defective products:

Although we conduct a thorough quality check before shipping any order, errors may occur. If your order arrived defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving it so we can review your case and offer you a solution as quickly as possible.
